ok im trying to get into my msn i do have my password but it wil not sighn me in i have tryed my granddoughter msn it sighn in but i dont now what to doHELP ME NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are there any specific message or code during sign in process?Please give more information.Can you browse on pc?Are you connected and having connection?
