I have installed Windows XPon my Inspiron 1545. Accidentally I installed the touchpad drivers meant for inspiron 1525 on my 1545 . After restarting my system throws a blue screen everytime I try to boot
Error type is 0x00000024
I can start windows XP only in safe mode with command prompt /safe mode with networking.
I tried uninstalling the touchpad drivers and then installed the touchpad drivers for 1545 in the safe mode with networking.
But the blue screen still torments me.
How do I solve this problem ? I dont want to format my laptop.
You have no other choice than formatting it as you are unable to log in windows ,if you were able to log even in safe mode and uninstall the driver or make a system restore.
