Transferring pics from htc diamond to pc

when i open my htc on my computer the pics dont show which means I cant transfer them.I cant blue tooth them either

Dear Andi,

Please get its driver installed for transferring the pictures to your computer. Yet if you have a memory card on it, you can plug it to card reader to carry out the task.
