Hi there,
If your password is or forgotten then you can reset it by answering to secret question/answer,if ever those informations also have been forgotten and you cannot answer to then its not possible to get in to account,another chance you have is to contact service provider lets say Yahoo and give other related information to account to prove account is yours and this can solve the issue else creating new account only is left.
