when i power on my mobile it is asking to insert sim though it has sim already inserted. i have checked by replacing the sim but there is no use.i couldn't proceed a step further .

Hi there,

So now definitely a hardware issue and to fix it get to closest mobile phone repair shop,they will do necessary .
