Computer turns off on its own or wont turn on

hello its me again also i forgot to ask about the HP COMPAQ Presaria SR5045AN desktop PC it sometime wont turn on or when it is left for a while it wont come back alive unless u pull the plug and put it back in i blowed the dust out there was a bit in there i cleaned it out a month ago and is there any thing i should know about them.


I'm not sure if its a virus tats doing this or something else and it still the same thing all the time.

CPU = Computer processing unit = your machine.
