Adobe flash player

There is som of mine programs there cant be used because Adobe Player Flash i closing me programs, i cant use that Flash Player on mine Windows XP,what can i do to get that of.
Is ther anything i can instal.

Dear Connie,

Please get the specific Flash Player that you are using updated to its latest version in order to get it working properly and hence get free of the trouble.
