Problem in using Touchmate webcam

Hi All,

I purchased a Touchmate "TM-CAM110" webcam.When trying to install the driver it is showing the following error message
"There is no etron USB camera". I have tried installing in many other computers, But iam getting the same error message. I dont know where the real problem is.Is it with the driver or the webcam?
Please give me a solution regarding this issue.
Will I be able to use the Webcam?

Dear Sir,

The installation cd is not the right one. Please contact the distributor to obtain the right one.

I am downloading it directly form the website! but "There is no etron USB camera"

touchmate Mini USB pc TM-cam 110 -- why we are buying this brand if they don't give us a driver or software? this is not supported on this guys...

we're spending time and effort to fix this problems..........
