Compacq presario does not restart

hi there

my friend got a compacq laptop which does not restart i don't know what the problem is either the battery or the power cable

help pleaseeeeeee

Daer Harji,

It could also be coming from the power supply unit and you should replace it in order to get the trouble fixed.
