Formatting Cells based on previous cells valu

I want to be able to highlight a cell based on the previous cells value.
Example: if cell D1 is 450 and cell E1 is 480 then I want that cell to turn red. I need to have the whole row to do this? How can this be done?

your question is not clear. You say based on previous value. what is this calculation based on. Is it hard coded value of 450 etc. You need to explain more
