Burn DVD Nero 9

With my previous PC, XP with Nero 6, I could rip DVD files via a very old prog called DVD Decrypter and then burn these files to a blank disc and have a usable copy, region free.
Just bought Nero 9 for my newish Vista machine, but can't work out which option might do the same.

Hi there,

Nero 9 is completely new version fully for multimedia purpose almost all functions are easy to use,get the help menu and start using it as previous versions.
