                    hi, of course - any program is geared to dl'g their sponsored stuff - usually there's a little box that asks if you want this... uncheck it ... if there's no box then let it go. Then go into your programs and uninstall the toolbar, search bar , or if'n you can't do this, then disable it/them from starting up - Then when the process is stopped - you can always manually delete it- but be aware that some free apps will not run if their add-ons are deleted ( hey, you can always restore back to where it was and uncheck it , so you don't see it ..... hope this helps.
