Plz help to dualboot ubuntu

I've Dell inspiron 1464 laptop with windows 7.
I'm not able to dualboot ubuntu 9.10 either from wubi or from cd,
its giving rev 160 log error from wubi and shows blank screen while trying to install from cd.

Looking for you're REV160 message error I found this http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1307251 where apparently they have the same error on Wubi. There's posted some links who can solve you're problem.
