that error message would show and lights on the printer (power and busy lights), they are alternatively blinking...Help, i have tried following the solutions on the site but it did'nt work..lights are still alternatively blinking

Hi there,

Counter needs to be reset,remove the sponge and clean with ward water which absorbs wasted ink,then reinstall back properly.
