Network code 39 error

I had code 39 error on my network card. I followed all the steps stated here by others. Mine was unsuccessful. I did all the given ideas here but it failed for me. After scanning my system and clearing the virus, i had this problem. I had to use my Win XP Cd to repair..i wasted so much time on this
