Belkin USB Problem. Please help!

Recently my Belkin USB Adapter for my desktop has not been functioning properly for some unknown reason. When i manage to get the connection back, i am able to move the mouse however if i get up or just type something it will always go down.

Belkin USB Problem. Please help!

i think it is a problem of shorte of porte . change in another port ps2/ or keep usb card on bord 's pci slot to check . if not solve operating system may be damage repair it . thanks

well i don't have a usb card but i will try changing the ports.
