Webcam Audio.

I have a windovista dell laptop, and it has a webcam.
It can film you but when you talk you can't hear anything.
I checked the volumes and i can't seem to find the problems.

The problem should be coming from its configuration settings and hence I will advise you to indicate which application you are using for further help.
