Sony Vaio vpceb1e9e sound not working

I bought a sony vaio today and the sound doesn't work. It hasn't worked at all yet. There was no disk with the laptop so I have no idea what to do. I'm not the best with laptops so any help would be amazing.

You should have ots audio driver installed in order to have it working properly.
