dell desktop 3 Password Recovery Closed

Question

I got a dell desktop 3 and a half years ago. I just did a cd restore on it and cannot for the life of me remember the original admin passord I put on it. If anyone could help me figure out how to get passed that I would be very thankful 
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0
