Hello, my hotmail id has been locked or hacked into and i have tried the soloution use have replied to but it just seems to send it to the msn i cant get into or my alternative id but i cannot remember it or the password. is there anyway other way this could be helped becaue my hotmail is important to me thats how i work,? x

You say you have tried the answer you got here but it did not work do you have a link to that answer so I can have a look at it.

I would message hotmail support directly for this one, as it being a personal e-mail there is not much you would find here that will help you. If you feel it has been hacked or locked Hotmail support would be much more help then we can be.
