Please tell me a usefuf converter

I bought a new mobile phone recently. As the workplace is so far from my home, i used to be very bored during my long journey in the train. i decided to take some movies into my phone. I need a converter to convert video into my phone, but you know , it is hard to find a right one. many converter is so complicated. So I hope someone can introduce me a useful converter?
