No icon display and no start up menu

Hello, guys please i need you help there is no icon display in my computer screen...ans i cannot see the start u menu. the i cons is not displaying n the center of the screen. and i cannot see where is it?

Dear Sir,

Please right click on the desktop and get to Arrange Icons by and from them select Show Desktop Icons and hence have them back. Otherwise check whether there is no virus or trojan causing the trouble.
