m using win xp pro. n acer 5738 laptop.
m having problem with my dvd drive. it is reading bootable cd, but its not reading any dvd or cd.
but sometimes it works n sometimes it dsnt work.
plz help me to sortout the problem.

Hi there,

Try using a lens cleaner then revert back if issue not solved with more information.

i used lens cleaner, but it says please insert a disk into drive. when i used acer resourse dvd , it is playing...
now plz tell me what should i do...?
