Hp can't turn on Closed

Question

Hello, 
please help me my Hp is  shut dow and can't turn on again when you try to turn on it will show shut down always 
help me please , why it's like that ?

Please consider checking whether the problem is not coming from the battery or its power supplying unit. In either case, you will have to get it replaced.
