Macro Help!

Hello,
I need a macro that will select all rows that have have the word "Japan" in one of the columns. And then Copy and Paste that to Another sheet and then delete the original rows. I'm brand new to macros and having troubles understanding how I would do that.

You can record the macro

All you need is filter on "contains" and look for Japan in the filter

copy the rows

delete the rows

remove filter
