CAN'T FIND MY PROFILE ON WINDOWS, UNABLE TO GET MY E-MAILS, I ALSO FORGOT MY PASSWORD, SO I CAN'T GET IT E-MAILED TO ME. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Can you log in other account?How many accounts are there on system?Please give more information.
