Hello,

i have this email account, mohawakosh@hotmail.com. it was blocked last week because i tried to change my password but failed. i can't remember my secret word or the alternate email. i have a lot of important emails on this account, and i have been using it for the last 10 years. please help me

Hi there,

I can understand your situation but without this information you cannot even reset the password,you can try to contact Hotmail and provide them other informations proving that the account is yours,
