Hello,

I have a problem with sending the DTMF digits in NOTIFY(Out Of Band) SIP message between a Cisco SIP Telephone and Cisco SCCP Telephone via Cisco Call Manager.

The Cisco IP Phones are registered to the Cisco Call Manager. We want to send the DTMFs in NOTIFY(Out Of Band) SIP Message.

When Cisco SIP Telephone sends the DTMFs as Notify message to the Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager sends "200 OK" SIP Message, and the Cisco SCCP Telephone hears the DTMF Tones. However when we want to send the DTMFs from the Cisco SCCP Phone we can not see any SIP Message to the SIP Cisco Phone, and Cisco SIP Phone can not hear any DTMF Tone.

We have activated the MTP. And We have disabled the RFC2833 for the SCCP Phone.
Do you have any idea how to send the DTMF packets in Out Of Band SIP message from SCCP Phone to the SIP Phone?

Please help us about the issue..

this kind of problem i would recommend that you call cisco dirrectly and get a solution form them directly
