Ugh. Avoid. There is no tech support (okay, there is somebody with a gmail account who goes by "sincerely freebird"), but I have never paid for a service and gotten progressively worse support.

Don't give them your money! Your service is not a priority once they have it. The software is middling, but the business model is deeply unethical.
