i have a windows vista laptop and when i turn it on it starts up normaly but after the start-up screen it is a black screen that says to chose from 2 options 1.Launch Startup Repair and 2.Start Windows Normaly so when i click option 2 it brings me the same screen if i click option 1 it turns off my laptop then starts it again AND DOES THE SAME DUMB THING -_- so the only other option is to launch a restoration but if i do that i will lose everything on my laptop PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help thanks bye =,(
