PC connected to HDTV, but No Sound

Hello,

I purchased an HDTV to use as a monitor for my Dell PC. Before I got the Mini -to - RCA Stereo Audio Cable, I borrowed PC speakers, and they worked fine. Connecting with the mini, there is no sound coming from the TV. Is there a simple solution?

you will need to find a way to activate the audio input ports that you connected the RCA jacks to. Consult your TV documentation and or post on a TV centric help forum.

Thanks for responding! However, minutes ago my son suggested connecting pc to stereo receiver - something I suggested a few days ago, but didn't try. Anyway, SUCCESS! I am so happy!
