Bios

Hello, My computer was just repaired, I started it once then it seemed to get a bit slow so I pressed the reset button and it wont start again, normally it will boot from the 3.5" drive but no light will show up on it and only try's to boot from both dvd drives so when I turn it on everything runs but I don't get the option of entering the options menu as nothing is on the screen, is there a bios disc you can make to boot the computer to change the settings or is there a bigger problem.
