Hello, dear i just got this set today but tv channels are not working. why ? and i download the youtube videos songs and copy into my mobile but songs are also not playing.

Hi there,

Please specify is it a tv set or a mobile phone with tv option on it?for playing video downloaded from youtube you must convert them to supported format of mobile phone,you can get converter from link below:
