How record macro?, it play all action slowly

Hello,
I have tried so many times but could not do. So give me some tips to record new macro and it does play all actions slowly when click on run macro.
And give me some examples about macro security?

There is no tips as per say in recording macro. Macro pretty much records what are you doing, so if for no reason you just move from cell to cell, it is recording that too. More often than not, once the recording is completed, you would need to look at the generated code and delete lines that make no sense. Also on times, you would need to make the macro more generic.

What you mean by macro security ?
