Hello,


I recently picked up a desktop from my old work place and have connected it to my LCD TV. Everything works fine I am able to access the net and watch videos except for some reason it will not let me access you tube.

I am able to access other video websites but just not yout ube any ideas why and how I can fix this?

hold ctrl and alt keys and press esc key --->task manager will be opened---> click on Processes tab----> there look for file name svchost in the imagename column and then to its corresponding next column its should have SYSTEM OR NETWORK SERVICE OR LOCAL SERVICE.

EX:
Image Name Username
svchost.ext LOCALSERVICE OR NETWORK SERVICE OR SYSTEM

if you find your username in the username section other than localservice or network service or system just end all those processes
then try to open youtube.
in c drive look for a hidden folder named heap41a and delete it
