My mp3 is hang!!!!

Hello,
my mp3 is hang..and i cant find the device in my laptop or in our computer... when i open it..it is stock...nothing happen...and there's a noise....iiiiinnnnnggggggg????!!!! help me please... it is a sony mp3..or mp4.
