Wont turn on

Hello,

hi im not puter smart at all but thr was a storm and power went out now my puter will turn on but after i put my password in it welcoms then gose black and dosnt load up i can get into everything on safe mode and systum restor didnt help can any 1 tell me what to do ?

How did you have it plugged in? Directly to the power outlet or plugged into a surge protector?
