Dear Sir,
Malwares are application that cause trouble to your system but will not be detected by your Anti Virus application.
Thank you.

Greetings Raj,
My good friend dist.urb did not interprete your question in the same manner.
Your are best to use an antivirus application which combines a firewall. The anti-malware is only a tool to remove malware in case of infection, in other words, when it is too late. An antivirus application may protect your system from infection.
Best regards

but not just that, that malwarebytes may get detected by your AV and may think it is a virus or Trojan to it, as i found out with AVG on a mates computer last night
so you can just burn it to a CD then install it when you get a nasty bug on your computer.
but with my own Avast 5.0 does not pick it up as a virus or Trojan.
