About bios

Hello, i am venkatesan can any body tell how to reset bios settings because my mother board have some problems......
the problem is i switch on the system also on but after few seconds there is no display and my system off

Start or restart the computer.

Press the indicated key to enter BIOS. This is typically one of the "F" keys.

Highlight the option to "Restore Factory Defaults," "Restore Failsafe Defaults," or something similar.

Press "Enter" to reset the BIOS settings.
