Problem with ADSL, plz help

Hi,
i have an ADSL connection ( 256 Kb/s ), my router is Asus WL 600g, my PC is connected directly to the router, the problem is after 5-10 mins of browsing i can not browse anymore, i have to wait 3-6 mins so i can browse again or sometimes i have to reset my router, btw if i'm downloading a big file nothin happenes to the download, i mean download never stops like browsing...
also messenger and online games doesn't suffer from this problem

this problem accord with internet explorer and opera and firefox...

i can solve the problem by using a proxy program such as ultrasurf or yourfreedom, but those programs make surfing slower....

sometimes nothing works....

i contacted my ISP but they were useless....

my ADSL is PPPoA and it is configured properly....

How old is the router your ISP provided when connected? The reason y I ask is that in my past experiences with these issues. They all have led 2 a bad router. Maybe u should 2 get it replaced.

Make sure your router has "Permanent connection" enabled and "Dial on demand" disabled
