Hello,

HI
If I connect my mx483 as a usb on Window XP it get connect easily but if I connect it on window 7 it is not connecting.

What should I do??

Please indicate whether it is being detected and if you have already installed its driver.

Hi there,

On xp its detected as you installed the driver for windows 7 its same you need to install the driver for it.
