Hi,
try this 1
Switch ON your laptop and keep pressing F8 key. If Boot menu appears then
press Esc key and keep pressing F8 key.
Windows Advanced Options will appear-->select "Safe mode"
Then click on Start ---> Run --->type msconfig and click on OK.
Then click on "Startup" tab ---> click on "Disable All" button.
Then click on "Services" tab ----> check the checkbox "Hide All Microsoft Services"
and then click on "Disable All" button ---> then click on OK button.
Restart your computer and check whether the problem exists or not.
Later click on Start ---> Run --->type msconfig and click on OK.
start the startup items and services one by one.
