Hi there,

Which os is in use and is it a desktop usb webcam or laptop integrated?please give more information .

I have a dell studio windows vista ultimate 1535 and the web-cam is attached and made with the laptop sorry i took too long i didn't think any one would help but the speakers tune off when i go live on the website stickam.com where you live web chat with people. I mean the people see me but the speakers turn off and even when i go to any website that uses sound like youtube.com no sound comes out the videos works but no sound but when i restart, my speakers are working and every thing is back to normal

yes its a desktop but no usb webcam
