Hi,
try this 1
Click on Start --> type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
Right click on the "Local Area Connection" --> Properties.
uncheck the options "QoS Packet Scheduler" and "Link-Layer Toplology Discovery
Responder" ---> Now check whether your problem still exists or not.
Try updating your network card drivers also.
