Stop problem

Hello, I have an Acer desk top Tower computer. Anytime I shut it down and I want to use it the next day, it gives me a blue screen with an error code. Even if I restart, it gives the same problem... I am also trying to reinstall a new windows ex to see if it will solve the problem but, after coppying files and windows is about to start during the installation proccess, it appears again... OMG...

The System unit has a pentium dual core proccessor. And the error code that it keeps giving me is ***STOP:0x0000007B(0xF79D1538,0x00000034,0x00000000,0x00000000). Please somebody help me solve this problem with my computer because, its getting on my nurves and I need the computer to be working as soon as possible so that i can use it for my school's project work...
