Hello siloit ,
Your mobile has no wireless option but has also Bluetooth and data cable connection from which =you can use it as modem on pc,have pc suite installed and connect both pc and mobile via the data cable,if connecting it by Bluetooth your system must have it either integrated or add a usb Bluetooth adapter/dongle for which the instructions are provided on Faq of forum,use this link:

Also note that you must have internet already activated on your cell phone before proceeding to use it as a modem on your pc else you will have no result in return .
