My Samsung External HD is not working Closed

Hello, 

I bought Samsung S2 640GB Portable HD. I use windows XP and before this it' was perfectly fine. Suddenly it stop working and my computer can't detect it. I'd try to another computer but still they can't detect it. I don't know what to do. pls help me.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 533.4

Hi there,

As you mentioned you already tried on other computer and is still same,try changing the data cable and connect device to pc,give your feedback if same or you can send me a private message so that i can follow the issue.

i got the same problem. I tried to changed cable but still no joy! It cannot be detected by my Acer laptop nor other pc.. please help
