Nothing will install?

Hello,

Every time I try to install something (Itunes, Java, Quicktime) my computer says something else is being installed. When I try to install it the next day it says the same thing. I have a Dell computer with Vista. Help?

Hi there,

Restart machine,do not connect to internet and install your downloaded applications and launch them,if there are updates waiting for installation then let them be installed first then launch the others.
