Why is it necessary to know who it is? And if it is as it often happens someone who does not even know you and that you don't know. In any event you would not be able to do anything about it.
Anyhow it is possible to locate the city where the mails are coming from but not put a name on.
I suggest you report the messages to abuse@hotmail.com and also classify the messages as spam, hence you will not need to read them. I would add that if someone writes to you and calls you a mouse, does it mean you are? If you look in the mirror you would prove that person wrong.
