Hello, i have one of these Chinese windows CE notebook when i go on Youtube to play video it will not let me it ask me to download the flash player i try to do it i can't can anyone help me...and by the way how can i update a computer from windows CE to 7 or vista

Sorry. Windows CE computers can NOT be upgraded to 7 or vista.
